Training courses developed by our partners are offered to our teachers as part of their professional development. They are also accessible to education professionals who adhere to our educational values and are looking for innovative training.
Beginning in the new school year 2018-2019
Positive psychology training with ScholaVie Training courses for education professionals are offered in partnership with ScholaVie. They are led by one of the founders, Laure Reynaud, or by a trainer certified by ScholaVie. The proposed programs are designed taking into account the latest scientific contributions of positive psychology research. They have been taught in England, Japan, Portugal, Singapore, Australia and France since 2014.
The BECS program: well-being and school climate
The Well-being and School Climate (BECS) program is based on the scientific contributions of positive psychology research. Scientifically validated, it has been taught in England, Japan, Portugal, Singapore, Australia and France since September 2014. It allows us to work on well-being and well-being skills by developing creativity, perseverance, self-confidence, self-esteem, motivation and engagement in activities. It also allows the construction of a more flexible, optimistic and altruistic mindset by developing social skills and empathy. BECS is designed for cycles 3 and 4 of National Education (from CM1 to the end of secondary school). It takes the form of a repertoire of 6 to 36 lessons, organized in six sequences. Preparation sheets are provided to teachers with information on the objectives, skills, duration, activities, materials, possible extensions of each lesson, as well as links to resources and research.
The SPARC program: stress and resilience
The SPARC program is built in 6,12 or 18 lessons around the acronym SPARC: Stress situation – Perception – Affectivity – Reaction – Consequences. Particularly adapted to the middle school, it makes it possible to learn to manage and overcome stressful situations and daily difficulties, starting from the playful metaphors of the parrots of perception. The program includes the student's booklet as well as the teacher's booklet. The latter contains the preparation sheets containing the objectives of each lesson, the skills taught, the duration of the activities, the instructions, the necessary equipment and a scientific perspective.

The' Teaching is not learning: continuing education of innovative teachers' module is intended for teachers or managers (director, inspector, education adviser, etc.) in public or private education who are committed to innovating in their practices or to creating an innovative school.
Objectives of the training:
- Designing, implementing and evaluating innovations
- Provide tools (student designs, learning processes, assessment, etc.) and resources (situations, activities, types of interventions, teaching aids, etc.)
- Provide basic documentation
- Rethinking the teaching profession
- Developing a different school culture
The training takes place in two seminars of two days (or two evenings for the initiation training. Sessions are held at intervals of one to two months, during which time the teacher or manager commits to carry out activities.
