Tiphaine Chabert
Administrative manager
Tiphaine spent many years in the French National Education system as a music education teacher.
These years allowed her to give multiple facets to her profession as a passionate teacher invested in pedagogy, education, psychology and the evolution of the French school.
In 2017 after a parental leave, she decided to reconvert to give another meaning to her professional life which mixes "justice value" and human dimension while reappropriating music (lyrical singing).
Following a coaching and a research course in justice and HR, she trained at the University of Paris Descartes in conflict management and resolution, negotiation and mediation.
Graduated in 2019, she accumulates experiences and actions related to mediation, pedagogy, administration and justice.
Her work for the ANM (National Association of Mediators) as a Back Office, her missions of neighborhood and family mediation and her regular communication on different media about our changing world allow her a multidisciplinary approach and an adaptation to all situations encountered. Moreover, in contact with the Mediator of the National Education, she is a force of proposal in the field of institutional and school mediation while keeping her personal commitment in pedagogy, schooling and all that touches the evolution of the school and psychological practices of children and teenagers.
This professional path, which has taken different forms, has allowed her to meet many enriching people, to adapt to teamwork and to different audiences, and to acquire solid knowledge of human relations.
It is with enthusiasm that she joins the Labschool!
